  Wish they had a zero rating. This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Besides always getting insurance information wrong almost every time and I'm a veteran it's not very difficult. Today I go to get my covid booster 6 months after my last dose they won't give it to me because they're too busy

  This store must definitely be not making sales. Self service machines is not the answer to high labor costs. I see people give up and walk out leaving their items. It makes it even harder if you have coupons. You'll end up pushing the customer service button and no one will come out to help. Sad. The slowest pharmacy service absolutely pitiful. Grocery clerks are behind the counter dispersing medications they don't know anything about. I was told I didn't have any medications to pick up, when I called my doctor said it was ordered 5 days ago. The grocery clerk had no idea what he was doing when he told me I didn't have any meds the first time. Such incompetence.

  This Pharmacy tries to charge full price for prescriptions that are covered my my insurance and I am not supposed to pay any copay or otherwise. Just waiting for corporate CVS to close this store.
