My husband had surgery and I went to get his pain medication filled.  The first CVS I went to couldn't do and called this CVS to tell them I was coming.  I get there and when the tech lets the pharmacist know, the pharmacist yells, "The hell they did, no one called me".    Then when asked if she could fill it, she said "I will think about it!, And if I decided to do it she will have to wait until 9".  It was 7:30 p.m. when I arrived there.  What kind of pharmacist decides who she will or won't fill scripts for????  I will never use CVS again.

Was told I could not exchange a gift that was too small just bought from the store in blueridge 15 mins ago...merry flipping Christmas huh yeah I didn't take anything it is 2021 use a barcode.

Took over 45 min being stuck in the drive thru lane. Person in front wanted to do a Covid test. It took way too long bc CVS was not prepared with the testing materials. Called manager who was nice, but it didn't seem to help. Find another pharmacy because this one is too slow and unprepared. They also don't answer their phone.

Pharmacy did not follow through with transfer of all prescriptions from previous Pharmacy. When I called back to find out what happened Pharmacist was very short and did not give recommendations on how to get my prescriptions refilled.Extremely disappointed in this Pharmacy and their customer service Management needs to step up!!!!!

The CVS/pharmacy (store part) in Ellijay, GA is very clean, well kept and managed, and has a relatively well-rounded stock of basic health and life supplements, items, and general shopping needs. The Pharmacy section in the back is very well managed, professional, competent, and helpful. They're a highly reliable pharmacy with good communication. You can also get both of the COVID-19 vaccines here for free (as of 8/12/21). They also have an array of travel items - travel-sized amounts of various basic needs for sanitation/cleanliness/washing, cold drinks, snacks, magazines, some books, and a good variety of basic OTC meds, such as painkillers, antiinflammatories, anti-nausea, GI (gas, constipation, upset stomach, etc.), motion sickness, sleep aides, and energy/wakefulness (e.g., 5hr Energy, Caffeine, etc.), first aid (bandages, Band-Aids, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, anti-fungal, Neosporin and the like, among a variety of others. I'm not 100% sure if they sell any tobacco products, but they do sell Nicorette. Open use bathrooms (1 male, 1 female). Overall, this is a clean, well-stocked, reliable pit stop for local or long-distance travelers, very quick or brief shopping for very basic needs, and a well-functioning local pharmacy (all store and pharmacy staff are respectful). I give this CVS/pharmacy 5 stars, because I have no issues with this location whatsoever. The only thing I would watch out for is the drive-thru pharmacy - it can usually get backed-up really fast. It's very often much faster to just park outside, walk in directly to the pharmacy, and get your prescription (s) that way - it tends to be far faster in my experience. Anyways, great, trustworthy facility - need something either quick or basic? This is a great, fast option.

How are bussiness going to survive with horrable customer service?
I need one print from the photo center kiosk. This CVS is using the area for flu shots. I asked if I could use the kiosk for 1 print I needed immediately. I was told if I waited for the couple getting shots I could use the kiosk. So after picking up other things I needed and waiting like I was told. I approached the kiosk and the lady giving the shots told me that they were closed and I could come back after 8 pm!
Put all my purchases down and left. To not return. Is there no customer service anymore?
I would not make it if I ran my business like this.

We moved here two years ago. I have always used CVS but have recently transferred all of our prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy. On two different occasions I left the store in tears due to the rudeness of the pharmacists. I highly recommend Huffs or RiteAid, both stores are extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a scheduled appointment, arrived 15 min prior, waited in line 45 min
When it was finally my turn, I was told that the nurse went to lunch, and I have to reschedule
Why not schedule appointments an hour apart if half an hour doesn’t work?
Had to leave work to go to the appointment, this is very aggravating.
Would give 0 stars if possible

Great Customer Service!  The staff rocks!  They are always friendly and helpful!!
