The Pharmacy staff is very rude. My dad went to pickup his prescription and instead of they tell him it was too "early" he was rude about it and told he doesn't have to go until his prescription is ready for him to pickup. Today he went to get a new prescription that it was sent yesterday. First he told my dad that he already told him he have to wait until they filled it referring to the old prescription no the new one my dad told him it was a new prescription and the guy didn't even listen. My dad call me so they can explain to me why his prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday is no ready. He was rude and have a actitud we me to so I explain he went to get a new prescription now he said that the prescription was not ready because he just received it. Which is a lie let me talking by myself. I call again it he was totally a different person a soon I said I want to speak to the manager.
Don't go to have your COVID test here! I pulled in and waited in the line for 15 minutes for the lady working the window to serve someone their prescriptions. My COVID test was at 1:20 she didn't get done till 1:30 as soon as I pulled up she put a box in the window and said I needed to come back at 2pm when the re-open.
Got new Rxs here and they asked "any questions?" when I said yes, they said "well YOU TUBE IT. You'll figure it out." 😶 I then asked why I was given 50 count vs 60 on a 2X/day, and they said Insurance will not cover more than 50 per MONTH. & I just have to deal with it til 30 days. Between the 2 issues, my Dr recommended I go to Walmart instead because it's a common problem & everything was switched to walmart. Today I found out CVS BILLED& WAS PAID ON *100!!** and told insurance I picked them up last week!! I called CVS, they said NO, we TOLD YOU you have to WAIT 30 days!" SO MY INS CALLED THEM ON 3 WAY!! The lady 1st told INS I picked them up, then when I spoke up she suddenly said "well I'm not the one who spoke to you" and HUNG UP on my insurance company.! I was signed up.for BOTH call and text, and got nothing from CVS regarding them filling last week and DEFINITELY DID NOT PICK UP, as they've said EVERY time they cant fill it til 30days!! This is a life or death med & I now CANT get it filled anywhere because they COMMITTED INSURANCE FRAUD!!
