  It is unconscionable how CVS handles their pharmacy and their employees. I called to refill a prescription and waited 37 min to speak with someone. I then decided to drive to CVS while on hold. I witnessed the pharmacist ignore my phone call and continue to fill prescriptions. CVS is to blame. The employees are overworked, there are prescriptions laying everywhere, and no one cares. I would avoid this CVS at all cost. Go to Publix or another independent pharmacy.

  This star is for Chris, the pharmacist. I was terrified going in for my second COVID shot. This young man was kind, patient, and reassuring and put me at ease. I did not have a good experience with the first shot administered to me by a different person, but I never felt the shot that Chris gave me. I thank him for making my visit so pleasant. Management should be proud to have him on board. Also, and I do not know his name, a gentleman working the floor was super knowledgeable and helpful as I wandered the store for my 15 minutes wait time after my shot. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere of this store and its employees. It was a pleasure being there that day.

  Does not even deserve one star to another customers review below. Terrible customer service with no regard to customer loyalty or business. Do not recommend this pharmacy when there’s 2 across the street who will offer better service and care for the customers! If you’re new to the area do not use this CVS for RX -Publix up the road will treat you far better and do things right the first time.
