  Most staff at the Anaconda Mt CVS is great except one I have experienced with takes no accountability blames mistake on customer important mistakes which shows poor customer service exactly when I had the pill bottle in my hand with the date and the name of the medicine I was inquiring on instead of arguing on the phone I took the pill bottle down and she could not even admit to the mistake this has happened more than once mainly on the phone this time in person and still continued to deny her mistake and pulled each one of the pharmacy staff one by one to a side to defend herself instead of simply saying I'm sorry I misunderstood I apologize would have been the best way to handle it.not blame her mistake on the customer poor customer service would not hire this person does not represent the company. There is more to say if needed later and I'm not the only one with similar complaints. But a big thank you to the others that do work there and try to do their best humanly possible mistakes do happen.

  Very rude staff I got a text stating my prescription would be ready in the 12th so of course after a long day at work I take time to stop and pick it up Well no script and her response was just plain RUDE no apologies for ANYTHING not the entire staff just the lady thinking about switching Pharmacies I don't need to be labeled
