  What’s the point of having an early doctors appointment if the pharmacy’s never gonna have my script filled on time. I’m a full time student with adhd. I can’t do anything if I don’t have my meds. I make dr appointments before I’m out so I can have the new bottle ready and they have told me on two separate occasions that my medicine is out of stock. Why are you waiting until you have a prescription for medicine to order a new supply of it and not when you initially run out? overall they’re not attentive or caring toward customers.

  I came in to get 2 things. When I went to pay the cashier told me that she had no registers open and to go to self checkout. This was yesterday 10/6 at about 10:30. Then she decided to to take the customer behind me. So if you don’t have registers open make everyone go to self checkout (which I thought was an option) don’t pick and choose which customers you WANT to ring up. Very poor customer service. I’ve never had any issue with this CVS before.

  If I could give it a zero I would. Pharmacy was extremely unprofessional and managed to lose my prescription that had already been transferred from another pharmacy resulting in me unable to get a necessary prescription. Tried to place blame on me multiple times when I had multiple confirmation emails from CVS with the correct prescription stated. trash place at least the pharmacy.
