We have been using this facility for 6 months. Always clean and the facilities are in good condition. We have a climate controlled area. Temperature and humidity controls seem to work well. Pest control is efficient. Personnel are friendly and helpful. One truck gate has been out-of-service the whole time but there is an alternate, although not as easy, route to the storage building. Prices are on the high side but I would consider this a good value. I would recommend.

This place is fine if you need something short term or less than 6 months. Every 6 months, the rent goes up! Makes no sense to have a policy that is a deterrent for long term storage. Definitely an inconvenience and horrible business practice. Find somewhere else!

Your monthly rate is not guaranteed for the life of your rental with us as is stated in the terms of the rental agreement. From time to time, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean facility.
