One stop shop for groceries, medicines at bulk-discount prices. Excellent quality meats, seafood, fruits and veggies. Can also purchase wine and liquor here, though this location has smaller choices compared to other Costco locations.

After traveling back and forth from different doctor appointments my family needed some supplies for our household, so we thought of going to Costco.

On that note Jennifer and I wanted to take the time to thank the Costco Family (Brookfield), I say family because every person there is family and are part of a closed knit family working together to provide for others! That helps all of our families, through all walks of life!

Joining Costco for the first time was a memorable experience. Customer service was excellent and the hearing aid center and vision centers were eye opening (no pun intended). Highly professional throughout. I'm just not a fan of shopping in bulk. If I were, this would be a five star rating.

Straight to the point.. going to Costco (Brookfield location) on the weekends anytime past 10:30am is a nightmare! good luck finding parking spaces.
This location NEEDS security or police directing traffic. Its matter of time someone is going to get hit by a car.

OPTICAL DEPARTMENT, don’t bother calling them they will never answer the phone. The department is short staffed even when there’s 3-4 people working they are backed up and you can be waiting in line for a good 20-30min. Poor time management! By the time you are seen by the staff they are rude and have no customer service skills. Yes i get they are busy but it doesn’t mean it’s ok for poor customer service!

Over the years this Costco location is going down hill. Time to up date management!

It's a big store with a lot of products and a good selection of brands. But unless you need large quantities of each item and have the space to store them, it's not worth the hassle of the crowds on the weekends. So the solution is shop during the week.

Well, we stopped by to check the place out and explore possible membership.  The experience was so off, I felt it deserved a review here.

First and foremost, it's hard to understand how we have shopped just down the road at BJ's, but how vastly different the experience was here.  And unfortunately, in a very negative way at Costco.  We had high expectations from everything we read about Costco being slightly better than their competition, but we didn't see this.  The entire store, maybe it's just this one location, but it was best described as noise!  The way isles were laid out and progression through the store didn't flow well. And it was just weird...

Anyways, we went to join and this is where the store failed badly.  The person assisting us was very, very slow, and they seem to be pushing the top tier membership along with adding a new Visa credit card.  They lend the impression that this is the only way to pay, and they want entirely too much information above and beyond normal. The straw that broke the camel's back was when going to pay for the membership, being told that it required an approval for Auto-Renewal on the yearly subscription.  We were like what are you talking about, we are just joining and you want us to apply for automatic renewal!?  No, sorry!  And we found afterwards that this is not Costco policy but an option that is available.  The person handling our application did not tell us that, but said they needed to "check" if we could opt out!  Maybe it was this person's first day?

In any event, the store really was a mess, the parking lot was loaded with errant shopping carts all over the place. I shouldn't have to worry about getting nasty dings and damage to my vehicle just to shop! This was true even right near the cart park sections. The shoppers there were also of a different level than while shopping just down the road, for whatever reason.  It was like shopping the week before Christmas where people are insanely urgent and absent any consideration for those around them, like they were the only shopper in the store, get out of their way, and largely just oblivious to anyone around them. Inconsiderate is the best description... I know this isn't reflective upon the store, but it's clientele.

We may try another location, but this one definitely left a bad taste and experience for us to overcome. Again, so weird because we do shop just down the road and it is and was never like this.

Never had a bad experience here. Nice staff, and good food and supplies. There were 10 dollar shirts there, that's insanely cheap. Kohl's wanted 30$ for 3 underwear. I got 5 for 13$ here. They are comfortable. They have great deals. The food court has good value too.

They have these amazing kitchen mats for $19... and the blockout curtains (84") for $21!!! Not to mention some nice skorts for the pool and some nice puma sweat pants.. nice!

Costco is my favorite store.
They mostly carry products that have been carefully selected.
Service is always top of the line.
The employees are friendly and helpful.
I got my prescribed glasses there and love them.
I have the Costco credit card which allows me to get cash back on many of my purchases at Costco and other places.

This Costco has the best customer service I have ever seen from purchases to returns. They have exceptional prices in gas & household items. If you see something you like, my suggestion is to grab it while it’s in stock, otherwise you may miss out.
