Lee Carter has been servicing my residence for years and years. He is extremely professional and reliable. He takes his job seriously and I've always been able to count on him whenever an issue arises outside the realm of regular monthly services. His expertise aside, Lee is a lovely person and I consider him a friend. In fact, I am so fond of him that when I moved in 2018 my residence was no longer within his jurisdiction, so I called Cook's and told them I wouldn't have anyone else but Lee. He's great at his job, but more importantly, I trust him and I'm so grateful to be a part of his service route. I recommend Cook's to everybody!!!

Daniel is great, he calls and let’s me know when he will get there. He is professional, courteous, and always goes that extra mile to address any concerns I have! He also takes care of my mom and dad’s place who are 92 and 90. When they call he comes. He is amazing with them.

My technician Gary is so polite. So far I’ve not seen any spiders or bugs of any kind. I spoke with him about maybe having mice in my garage . He explained to me what he would be doing and wanted to know if I had any questions. He seen that I was busy with a phone call about fraud so when he left instead of bothering me he texted said he was done that if I had any questions or if had any problems to please call him. I had cooks about 2 yrs ago and changed thinking cheaper is better but I found out real quick that’s not the case! Thank you cooks for having me back! Thanks Gary for being my technician. Between the guy who parked the spray truck down the road and proceeded to charge us for a visit, not knowing my fiance and i work from home and can verify we never received any services, and the one who parked in the driveway, ate his lunch, and then charged us after we canceled our contract and refused services, I'm less than impressed. They claimed they would have a manager call us to sort things out but, never did. They'll take any chance to charge you and I recommend  you watch your billing CLOSELY with this company.
