  I have to share this experience! My family has used Chemscape for a long time. Charity, the office coordinator, has always gone above and beyond for us. She recognizes our name and our story every time we speak. She customizes our experience to meet our unique needs. For example: We had a serious issue. I called to say that unfortunately, due to a reaction a couple of our family members mysteriously developed, we would have to discontinue services. Not only did they apologize profusely and wish us a quick recovery, they also offered to research and use a different product specifically for us to avoid future health concerns. She said they understood if we would still like to go elsewhere and that what mattered was we were taken care of. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALIVE AND WELL WITH CHEMSCAPE!

  ChemScape was hired by our realty company to provide a termite letter for the property we were planning to buy. They called us and asked us for a credit card over the phone by way of payment for this service. We were promised a receipt via email set to arrive later that day. The charge immediately posted to our bank account and cleared the next day. One week later, we received a receipt with the current date. We checked the bank account and ChemScape had run the charge a second time. It was still noted as processing and I asked them to reverse it but they said it would take 7 business days to process our refund. If you plan to use this company, pay close attention to your money. Be careful if you give them a card number over the phone and make sure to look out for the receipt that should follow. Take care not to be a victim of this type of fraud.

  I've used the Stanfill family & Chemscape for all my pest control needs for over 27 years. They are awesome and thorough!!! I don't see anything with more that 4 legs more than once!! Thanks guys!!!
