the Balt branch is horrible .sales man says he cant check to see if the windows are in stock until he does a quote. i had already been told by a different store that they had them all . no call back for a day so I call he hadn't done yet  .call back 4 hrs. later not done . completely worthless

The customer service is horrible they talk trash to customer. The manager is the worst very unprofessional and I don’t know how they hired him. My experience with them was the worst day in my life. The cabinets are great but the customer service is zero.

Go see Rose!  She knows her stuff and was excellent to deal with.  Her knowledge of cabinetry is incredible.

Ive been going here since they opened. They used to sell all kinda of tools but now they are mainly a window and cabinet store.

Great place until you have a problem. I purchased 3 grand in cabinets from them and they gave me one wrong base cabinet from a totally different set and didn't want to return it because it was taken out of the box. I wish I would've paid the extra money and went to a big box store and paid the extra money to avoid issues
