Our technician was on time and very professional. He clearly explained what he was doing and reasoning. I’m confident that the problem we had is taken care of. I also appreciate the detailed report following the exterior inspection. The technician also took his shoes off when entering the house, which I appreciated!

Unprofessional and rude. They find reasons to avoid work. Twice we prepared our whole apartment impeccably for treatment for bed bugs and each time the technician arrived late and then looked for excuses of non-compliance when there wasn't any. When we resisted he simply walked away. Second time the guy came again 5 hours late and then immediately started taking pictures without our consent and even opened some of our packed bags to take a picture so as to make it look like we were not prepared. I might as well live with bugs than to have Capitol Pest come and treat them! Their modus operandi is to find the slightest excuse to NOT to their work placing the blame on the customer instead, they indulge in illegal activities like taking photos and sabotaging evidence and never ever arrive on time. Stay away please.
