I gave the store 2 stars because it was a better place to shop at one time. However, sadly the labor shortage has this location staffed by a crew of ambivalence. I was most surprised when the young kid with a mustache refused to talk at all. He stared at me, rolled his eyes and walked away when I asked him a polite logistical question. The manager had to ask the girl at the front counter to relax because it was 3 minutes past closing and apparently exasperated. I never said a word. I would rather go to Bangor Hardware where they greet you at the door and ask if they can help you.

Always helpful, good prices, the manager and those out on the floor are very helpful, always ready to help show one the products or to answer questions, I prefer THIS much more than going to the Big box home improvement stores. I try to support my local stores!
