  Jeff showed up early and was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Any questions I had he answered them quickly and with plenty of supporting evidence and knowledge. He was very thorough and knew what he was doing. I would recommend CalPro to anyone looking for a home inspection.

  I scheduled a home inspection with CalPro Inspection Group for a very high end home in El Dorado Hills. Ryan the home inspector showed up on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable in his inspection. He was very professional and friendly at the same time accurately preforming his inspection. The Seller and Buyer were very happy! I will definitely be using Ryan and CalPro in the future.

  The inspectors where great. On time, prompt, thorough and Tom did a great job explaining his findings to my buyer clients. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there was unclarity with the customer service rep when ordering the inspections. I asked for a roof inspection (seeking a bid/estimate) and it was not communicated that (at this time) roof certifications are not provided. This created a scramble at the last minute to find a roofing company who would provide a bid before our contingency was up. Made it work, but didn't allow for as great of an experience for the buyers as it could have been with some upfront communication.
