Our most recent service visit was from Miller Lindsay. He was super friendly and very thorough when spraying the exterior of our home for pest prevention. We haven’t seen any major bug problems since starting with Bulwark. Definitely recommend! Thanks Miller!

Austin Hildreth is our service tech and he does a great job! Very thorough and takes care of any issues I might have. Have been using this company for several years and I am very satisfied.

Outstanding service as always!  Mike Lindsay is such a professional. He communicates well about what he is doing and he is very respectful of the fact the we have two english bulldogs that we need to keep safe. Always checks with us to make sure our dogs are safe inside if he is spraying anything and double checks to make sure are gates are closed when he leaves the back yard. He just makes you feel like you’re his only customer.  I always feel like he treats my house like he would treat his own home.

Alex Ross was awesome! We had to rid ourselves of unwanted pests and Alex answered all of our questions and addressed all our concerns very thoroughly and patiently. He always made himself available beforehand so that we were comfortable with our service decisions before committing to the service. He did not try to oversell nor convince us of additional services. He was very upfront and honest about the issue at hand and what it needed to be resolved, we definitely did not feel as if we were being manipulated or doing anything more than necessary.

On the scheduled day of service, Alex showed up on-time and fully prepared for whatever was necessary so that he could fully complete the service that day. He went straight to work and was fully done within the stated and anticipated timeframe.

Alex was careful to not create damage, and wore shoe covers to prevent tracking dirt in. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Alex Ross at Bulwark to anyone, and will ask for him by name if we ever need pest control service again. I would also suggest to Bulwark that Alex be considered for a higher role within the company, his knowledge and customer service skills would be very beneficial to pass along and train other service technicians....put this guy in management!

We’ve been using Bulwark for about a year now for our wooded lot. They do a really good job & always arrive as planned. It’s so easy to communicate with them via text and phone! Our most recent service was from Miller L, who was so considerate in moving our dog toys and water bowl for us before he sprayed for bugs. We’ve also had John C come several times as well who has always sends us photo evidence that our gate locked behind him. The company does a great job of making pest control as easy as possible!
