  All the employees at Bug Out are extremely professional, polite, and very accommodating to all the customer’s needs.I would like to point out and highlight one employee in particular. Our Service technician, John N. always goes above and beyond what is expected from him and his job. He is extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. His attention to detail is second to none. Every time he treats our homes, we feel confident that an excellent and well done job was completed. I would recommend Bug Out services to all my friends and families.   We initially got service because we knew we would need it in Florida. We had just built a new home and hadn't had our termite bond appointment. 2 months later we finally had it and it just made sense to cancel and have 1 company to service our property. So we called to cancel our agreement which no fees were associated with this, at least none they would put in the agreement. They told us we would have to pay another $160 for the initial treatment or for the full year to get out of the contract. Well I'm not paying a full year for double treatment, that's too toxic, so they know this and continue to extort you for $300+ for the initial treatment which was only $99 per the agreement. This is a dishonest and terrible company to work with, if they wanted to charge for early cancellation then they should spell that out in the agreement, which they just said some fee's and kept calling a contract which it's not.
