  Paid them to insulate my attic and remove insulation that is covering eave vents. They insulated attic but did not remove insulation from vents. Talked to three people who all said I would be contacted. That hasn’t happened. The sales inspector who I dealt with does not answer his phone nor does he respond to his voicemails. At this point I can’t say that I would recommend them. THEY SENT TWO REPRESENTATIVES TO MY HOUSE AND THIS MATTER WAS RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY.

  I had a problem with ants and my original pest control company, Brays, got them under control. Brays became Bug Out. Its a big company now and I have to remind them OFTEN when they are supposed to do my monthly pest control. Also, I never know when theyre going to come. Theyre supposed to come early afternoon, but often come in morning. Since covid, I no longer do in home pest control, so, it doesnt matter. But it is frustrating how often they have come on the wrong time and the wrong day.

  Bug Out took over our Tropicare Service Company and refused to perform the same services which they provided us for 20 years. Only one phone number to contact them or their website. Local number has been disconnected. When we finally were able to get through to cancel our service (which we had done a month prior with the local office) they gave us a very difficult time. The woman on the other end of the call refused to accept the cancellation. Eventually, she did and gave us a conformation number for the cancellation. Beware of this company. You can’t get rid of them, they are like bugs.
