  Bill Saunders from Brown Exterminating is MY GUY to call for pest problems. Always responsive, always on time and always informative. If I see anything that doesn't belong in my house, I give Bill a call and he'll call me back within a day and usually schedule a follow up within 2 days of calling. Always ready to come to do a follow up, even if I'm not scheduled for one. Super INFORMATIVE-- provided me with information on how to prevent bringing them into my house.

  Bill always does a great job and you can tell he truly cares about his customers! We have used other pest control services in the past and have been left unsatisfied with the results - that has not been the case with Brown’s and Bill! Thank you!

  Bill did an amazing job. He was responsive when I first called and set the appt up ASAP. He arrived early and was ready to take care of the bees. Not only did he take care of them but actually taught me a lot about them in the process would absolutely recommend Brown Exterminating Co.
