  Breda did wildlife removal from my attic. For years my daughter told me that she heard what she thought were birds in the attic. What was actually found were evidance of squirrels, birds and bats. Breda performed the initial inspection and told me exactly what they would do to seal up all their entry points, hepa vacuum the waste and disinfectant the attic. The surprise was when they found the area the squirrels chewed from the chimney to go directly into my attic. They had also chewed through the beam holding up my chimney. I called a contractor and he made the necessary repairs so they could no longer have access. Breda workers were very knowledgeable, professional and productive. Their customer service was exceptional and I will continue to use them with their annual warranty on the services that they offer. This company and their staff are all customer service friendly and professional. You will not find a better company. The sound of silence is greatly appreciated.

  Silence, as it has been said, is sometimes Golden and in the case of critter activity in your home, no truer phrase has been spoken! Sometimes we catch on to activity in our homes like this quickly and sometimes issues can go on for years before they are so noticeable that action is needed. Really happy to hear our entire team here at BREDA, from the office staff, to the Inspector, to the technicians at your home were able to play a part in making silence in your home once again, truly golden.

  I have been extremely impressed with the service that Breda and their team of professionals have provided. Looking at the options for getting rid of rodents, I quickly realized there were different approaches. Some companies just come out and trap/get rid of the critters, but do not ensure they do not come back. This option is significantly cheaper, but it does not solve the problem. Breda offers the full solution to ensure they do not come back, and if so they have you covered! On top of that, every person I've interacted with has been super helpful. They really want you to get the value you pay for and answer all of your questions. They have tons of experience and their reputation backs that up. I'd especially like to give a shout out to Little Mike and Caleb. They came out to do the exclusion and set the traps. They were super efficient and also provided tons of details on what they were doing/why they were doing it. There were a few things they realized I already had, and made sure to factor that into how my proposal worked out. They are true professionals and knew exactly what to look for. Companies need more people like Little Mike and Caleb!!

  Ryan, you must have been an excellent student in class because you clearly paid attention in Wildlife 101! As you put it, trapping and removing is only part of the solution, ultimately critter control comes down to identifying and then sealing entry points, so that they can't get back in.   I decided to switch from the bait system to a product that would more effectively protect my home from termites. I was impressed with the the following things: 1. infrared inspection done to determine if there was any current problem 2. everyone showed up on the scheduled time 3. professional and courteous service 4. showed me the equipment and explained how it would not harm my underground drainage system. I also switched to Breda pest control and was delighted with the service given by Josh Wallace. Again, arriving on scheduled time. Listening to concerns. Explaining type of applications used and where applied and would come back at no charge if problem between quarterly treatments. Getting into the attic space to inspect and fog required moving just a few things out of the closet, and Josh lent a helpful hand. Made me feel comfortable that any issues with pests would be taken care of! Thank you!
