  If you buy any clothing at farm and fleet sterling, Illinois definitely make sure you get the correct size the first time and carefully inspect your item for flaws BEFORE you buy! If for any reason you want to return or exchange an item, they'll fight you on it. They will use anything to refuse the return. Very poor customer service!

  Store isn't what it used to be. It must have been all the employees that were to busy to ask if I needed assistance that has me concerned. Used to be a time when you walked in and were not only greeted but assistance was almost in every aisle but not so much anymore.....I'm saddened to see that in such a good store.
