These guys really know their stuff.  Had a bed bug issue when I lived in queens and they got it all taken care of in no time.  Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with this company.  We had some sort of flying drain flies coming from my kitchen sink.  They got rid of them within a week.

Although I just started with this company  for a major ant problem no one likes to have bugs of any kind   In their home .  They were quick, responsive ,  sensitive to me freaking out, but most of all very thorough .  I feel good knowing that they will be returning in a few weeks for precaution and that  they offer a warranty  .  You don’t give a warranty unless you know you could  do a good job.  Both Steve and Dominic were great to deal with   And very kind .  No bugs of any kind are a great experience but if I have to experience it I would definitely recommend bio tech.

I called Stephen from Biotech because I was unhappy with the service provided by my building. Even though I did not use his services at this time, Stephen reviewed the chemicals used in my apartment, and spoke with me several times, at no charge, just to help me figure the situation out, and told me the treatment was appropriate. That is what I call Customer Service - I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and Biotech to anyone!!!
