Clean establishment, decent sales and friendly cashier (Alexis). Restrooms had out of order signs, but were clean and functional.

This store has made significant strides in my opinion. It's extremely clean and organized. They have quality products at an inexpensive price. The staff is also polite and helpful.

If your looking for things at discounted prices for the most part this is a good idea to start at. Nice and helpful staff. If you can't find what you are looking for in this store you are obviously on a different level than most of us

This Big Lots store is consistently clean,  well lit, and the staff is very friendly and happy to help find anything you're looking for.
The new, expanded layout is a great use of space and is now as updated as the McKinley/Grape Road location. I updated this review to 5 stars because of the incredibly nice staff and the improvements in keeping the store clean and well stocked.
In addition, we learned that this location welcomed people to bring their leashed, well-behaved pets in with them! This is great news, as our rescue dog goes everywhere with us! Now my husband and I have another store we can visit together with our dog,  instead of one of us waiting in the car with the dog :)

Didn't find what I was looking for. Bigger is not always better. I do like selection of sodas, however.
