Great store for the most random items...although you didn't know you needed... until you find them at a great price.

Walk in and the floors are dirty. Seems unorganized and crammed compared to other Big Lot's. Drove out of my way to get a pool that might not even work. For some reason I could not load my 20% coupon but you could see the email that I was sent stating I had one. The cashier was going to give me my service % off but would not give me the 20% w/o coupon. Mgr. Suggested I go home print it out and come back. NO I was an hr away. Then he suggested I buy it at reg price and take it to another store once I printed out my coupon and see if they would give me the % off. Too much if a hassle for a product that may or may not work. Not sure why it couldn't have been manually entered. Won't be going out of my way for that store again.

Hardly anyone to help you with purchasing furniture. Had to wait in line just to ask for help. The couch we wanted wasn't available so we had to drive 30 minutes away to get the one we wanted. The person that helped us finally was very nice though.
