I love to shop my local Big Lots. I can always find things that I “must have”. I bought to wood cubicles. They were easy to assemble. The only drawback is the type of stickers that are put on the panels. They have so much glue, it takes longer to soak and scrape to remove the labels, than it does to assemble

Store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are always helpful and polite.

Hadn't visited in a long time but they really have spruced the place up. It was a pleasure to shop there. Lots of merchandise. Did have to ask for some assistance and the associate was very kind and helped best they could. Great toy selection and furniture will be doing christmas shopping there.

Previously great experience but the usual people are “on vacation”. We were told we had a year to return ( not exchange but return) a king mattress we purchased because of this policy.   We bought other mattresses here and the service had been great.  Today the person refused the return of a King mattress. A supervisor on the phone said we could not even leave it overnight to sort tomorrow when the other crew was in due to Liability issues. My family and friends have always lived Big Lots. We will not be back

Late night shift. Man and woman.... They went above and beyond what I needed. They helped me so I tipped them really good ♥️ thank y'all for staying later to get me and my family a couch to sit on. We greatly appreciate it.
