I was shopping for a specific item that I checked online and it was available for pick up. However shelves were half empty after Christmas holiday shopping so a lot of things were not in stock. Good customer service, quick check out but not many service people on the floor to ask.

Helpful employees came in clutch when we found our favorite silverware set was still in store according to their website but we couldn't find it on the shelves. The employees got out the big ladder and found it on a top shelf in no time. Thanks guys!

My first time in THIS location. BB & B White Marsh was closed so this was the closest location. It was a very disappointing/wasted trip. There was very little inventory on the shelves. This store could also use a refresh of what they do have displayed (bedding). Probably won't be back to this location again.

Ordered online for store pickup. Product was ready and staff was prompt and helpful. Good people with whom to do business.

Went here recently and was surprised at the condition of the store. Lots of empty shelves, especially in storage and window treatments, and product strewn all over the store. It was like going to Sears used to be, which I guess is not surprising considering they've closed half their area stores in the past 2 years. The prices are still as high as ever, because they follow the Kohl's/JC Penney model of jacking up prices and giving out coupons to make up the difference. And I just don't need $200 sheets enough to deal with all that.
