  My experience with Summit was horrible. They fought with me and refunded my money after visiting multiple times and still had ants. Barrier is a breath of fresh air. I was first greeted with a pleasant woman who answered my questions and took my appointment. She didn't rush me and explained the pricing and services they provided. Chris was on-time and showed up in the 2 hour window provided. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He sprayed indoors and sprinkled granules outside. Summit sprays during the fall and winter. Uhm....spray and rain do not go well together. Barrier knows what they are doing. Summit is way more expensive than Barrier. Barrier is very reasonable and affordable pricing, if you sign up for a one year contract. Chris was professional and thorough. He spent 30 mins at my location to take care of indoor and outdoor for ants, wasps, and spiders. They take care of the eaves, entry way, and windows. I feel they provide great value. This is the 2nd time I have used them. Both times, they took care of the pests. I highly recommend them.

  5 star service and support! great company! every time i call i get someone that is very nice and helpful. They come when they say and they do a great job. everyone who comes to our house does a great job and fast. if something was missed they come back and make sure you are taken care of. They also send out a cool email that shows a picture of the tech, explains what they did and anything that needs to be done next! you can also look back and see what was done in the past.

  Lack luster service. The technician poured a bottle of some chemical i could of bought at the store. They stressed signing up for the special after a quick service which did nothing for the fruit flies. Overall they start off nice and friendly and are just money hungry. Disrespectful and rude are the mildest descriptor i have for them. Barrier is the true pest in the long run!
