I hired this company to mow our lawn every 10 days. I was promised by Jeanine and by Gary a beautiful lawn on time every time. I understand rain and I understand unfortunate and unforseen events happening. But absolute no contact or response. Telling me they will mow the next day early afternoon and then never showing up and never responding is not ok. Professionalism goes a long way, and I wouldn't recommend them based on the lack of communication and lack of professionalism. Is their work great? Absolutely, unfortunately they lost our business.
