  effective service for all pests and Chris and Fletcher are so informative and friendly! The price is high. After the initial high price for the first two years, the maintenance fee is still high. But, the managers are willing to listen and try their best to help and make their clients happy. So I'm happy and stay with this company and recommend it to people.

  Would you consider it stealing, if a company charges you for a service, says they performed said service, but actually didn't? Well that's what happened with Aptive. It's real easy to tell if someone walked around your house when there is snow on the ground. Zero footprints, gate had clearly not been opened, technician marked service as completed. This instance alone marks for a bad review. Not a fan of liars, not even once when it comes to a paid service. I do believe this was an isolated instance. Previous services (1 year customer): they did get rid of the mice and ants quickly. The technicians were always polite and professional. This service isn't great for me. I have a fenced in yard and dog door, so I need to remember to close one and unlock the other, which I've failed to do in the past. But in the winter it doesn't matter, my gate gets frozen shut, so I need to come home to let the technician through the garage. Therefore, I need to know when the technician is coming and should receive a call or text when they are on their way. Pretty simple, LET ME KNOW, PLEASE. It's about a 50% I get any notification. Given the nature of the business, I know it's not always possible to give specific times, so a time window is needed. Several times I've taken half days off of work to ensure I am around for the service, only to find out the technician came early without notifying me, therefore couldn't complete the service and had to reschedule. My previous service in December, it took 3-4 times before I finally got a notification and got the proper service. At least in December, they were decent enough to report the failed services as incomplete. Now it happened again, except they lied about this time. So I called Customer Service, they were very polite and responsive, to reschedule yet again. After 30 mins of yelling (poor service lady, not her fault) I got a rescheduled apt. I told them, I can do any time, any day after 4pm, that way I do have to take any more time off of work to let them in. We settle for the next day after 4pm. Less than 24 hours later, I get a call from the technician (FINALLY) saying he's on his way to reservice my house. I look at the clock... It's 11:30am.... I'm done with Aptive. They might be good for you if you don't have a fence...

  We’ve worked with several technicians at Aptive, all of whom have always been professional and very courteous. Graham and Kyle are two of our most recent technicians and were extremely helpful and informative. We would recommend this company to anyone seeking pest control in the area.
