  I have been using services from Aptive for over two years. They do an excellent job and are extremely attentive to my requests and the required services to ensure my home remains free of uninvited guests. My last technician, Cameron Hall, did an outstanding job and went above and beyond with ensuring that my home will remain free from insects for a long time. He sprayed the sidewalk cracks, foundation, garage, and the areas around my hedges to include the fence line. I would definitely recommend Aptive whenever you’re looking for someone to spray your home for those uninvited guests.

  I'm genuinely happy with the services provided by Aptive. My service young man is always efficient and very polite. His name is Timothy, prefers Tim, and I know when he comes to my appointment the front and back yard will be done expertly. He listens to my requests, and then let's me know afterwards everything else completed. I have also had other young men and ladies do the services when I'm not home, and they always leave me card that has details on the work done. Appreciate those note cards, makes me feel better about work being done.

  I use the service for quarterly pest treatment. Rather than calling to schedule an appointment for the service I get a call and text stating they will be at my house in 30 minutes, with no prior notification. I was not home so had to tell them that wouldn’t work and I would have to schedule a different time. I then proceed to schedule a time and date when my wife, 5 month old, and small dog could be away from the house while it was getting treated. The person I scheduled with said my appointment was between 8-10 am, so my wife made arrangements to get the dog and baby out of the house. On the appointment date it came to 10:00 and nobody showed, I call and they said my appointment was scheduled between 8 am and 12 pm and that the technician would be there at 11:00. 11:30 comes and still nobody. I call again and they said it was pushed out again to 1:00. I finally got someone to come about 12:15. Bottom line, arranging a service like this should not be that difficult. It is extremely frustrating when you have to rearrange your entire life including transporting a baby around for hours and the company can’t even hold to their commitments. There are too many other companies that can do this service with a stronger focus on the customer to waste time and money on Aptive.
