Ivan is very committed to his job and very easy to talk to.  He has gone above and beyond compared to other technicians that we’ve had throughout the years.

Don’t use this company. I signed up for their monthly service and after initially paying $180, I was told my monthly cost moving forward would be $40.  My second month I received a bill for $156. After reaching out to customer service over 5 times I was assured the $156 was a mistake and to disregard until I received my $40 bill.  Four months later (after cancelling my service after 2 months) I am STILL receiving bills for $156.  Their billing department is telling me this is no mistake, that those who I spoke to in customer service were wrong.  I’m shocked a company with such HORRIBLE communication is able to sustain itself.  Their Pest360 program is a scam.
