The business representative is always great. He’s very knowledgeable, does a good inspection, and is extremely personable. The only bad experience is the proposed increase in annual charge. As Retired senior, my retirement income is very limited. I’ve been with American Pest control for twelve years. This will be the second rate increase during this time. I’m very pleased with American Pest control service.

David came out and was great at explaining what he was doing and quickly installed a termite trap that the landscaper had dug up.

David was a great communicator. I believe he was the manager, so I was fortunate it was him who stopped by.

My husband and I had American Pest Control perform a termite inspection on the home we are purchasing. I would rate this company 10 stars if possible. Their customer service was courteous, prompt, and professional
especially as it was the week before Thanksgiving. Debbie could not have been kinder and Tony went above and beyond!

Jonathan communicates well about visit and discusses the plan for extermination. He then proceeds on time and completes billing. All is done simply and conveniently.

The appointment was to access for service and give a quote; however, Drew serviced our home on the same day, which I really appreciated.
