  Have been trying to get someone from this business to contact me about mosquito treatment for my yard for several weeks at this point and they seem completely unwilling to take the business. Takes about 20 minutes of waiting on hold before getting told that the representative who sold the policy to me is apparently the only one who's allowed to help me, and that she's out at lunch, unavailable, or whatever other excuse they come up with. I couldn't care less about whatever commission structure or private CRM software is set up behind the scenes, I just need you to perform the service that I'm trying to pay you to do.
