The service provided to us was exceptional. Harry is really dedicated and awesome at his work. He also educated us about the precautionary measures to be taken. Overall the service was the best that we could have.

We heard something in the ceiling and called any animal control company we saw on Google. One that came up was "All Seasons Pest Solutions." After explaining to him the situation, he immidiatly arrived at my home within an hour. He was a very sincere and respectful person. However, to solve the issue, he used paper towels and stuffed them in the ceiling air vent as a "temporary" solution to the problem... hoping the animal/bird will escape. He informed us that he will be over the next day to seal an outdoor entrance venting tube with the appropriate material so that no animals further can enter through the vents. We waited over a week for him to arrive to seal this outdoor tube and informed us daily from the first visit that "he will be there the next day." Finally, after calling numerous times, he came to replace the oudoor cover as discussed. He installed it and arrived and left without saying a word acting like I, the customer, was a burden.

He charged me $195 from the first time I called... Whether this is a reaonable price or not for this type of work is irrelevant due to the time we needed to wait/hope for him to finish the job. Wish I can say something better but the facts are the facts. Pleased to work with at first before recieving payment.... We still have the animal in our vent.

Did not solve my pest problem after paying an extremely high price. When I confronted Harry about the work he never even answered. Doesn’t care about your pest problem or customer service.
