  We have had a pretty bad mice problem for a long time and had been dealing with another well known pest control service for 8 months who overcharged and we barely had any results at all. Last week Dillon from all seasons pest control came to our house and did a great job explaining everything about getting rid of mice to us and did a great job with the service her provided and within a couple of days we noticed a very clear significant improvement with our problem! He did a great job at a much cheaper price than the other company we were dealing with!!

  Recently moved into a place with a carpenter ant problem. The owners contracted with all seasons to help take care of it. Dillon showed up promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly and professional. He answered every question we had and took the time to explain his process and what we could expect and what to look for going forward. I’ve honestly never felt that comfortable with a stranger in my home before, lol… two thumbs up 👍

  I paid $175.00 to remove a squirrel from my attic They placed two traps on the ground by a tree and came back and shut the traps to prevent freezing. I watching a video on how to bait a trap and put my own in the attic and caught the squirrel. They offered to remove it for $50.00. I declined.

  Good afternoon Dan, I apologize you were unhappy with us closing down the cages due to the weather and not putting the cages in the attic. We close down the cages with severe weather to prevent an animal from getting into them and dying. Safety of the animals is a priority of ours. We do not put cages in the attic unless absolutely necessary due to us having too many issues in the past with home owners not calling us, which has resulted in the animals not being okay or is not getting our cages back. It has been a company policy for year and it was expressed on the phone call when you set up the appointment. The $50.00 charge you were told to come remove and relocate the animal that you caught you self, was the same charge that you were aware of and agreed to when we came out to relocate an animal. You catching the animal your self makes more work for us in the situation, not less. Then, do we not only have to drive to release the animal, we have to pay the Technican and use gas to drive back to your home to drop off the cages. If you would have waited for us to come back to reset the cages after the storm, we would have catch and taken the animal away for you and your issue would have been resolved. Have a great day!
