  We needed to have a termite contract on our villa. I was given Al Martinez Pest Control as a contact. I search several other pest control companies and found this company very reasonable. Service and communication was superb. I found the company to be very accommodating and did a very good job. I would recommend this service to anyone.

  We have used Al Martinez for pest control in all of our residences for at least 15-20 years. Al and now his son Marcus have a great family business and take pride in doing a great job. The services are reasonably priced and we have never had any issues with pests. If something has popped up, it's a quick call to Al and he has it taken care of in no time at all. Both exterior and interior pest control done the right way.

  When I found out we had termites in the house I called five different companies to come out since I knew the job would be expensive and I wasn't sure what methods would be used. I had big name companies come out to inspect and give quotes but Martinez was far superior. This family business was much more thorough than the so-called "experts"and brought many potential issues to my attention that the other guys missed.. but also both Al and his son Marcus where very friendly and professional. They gave me a rate not only cheaper than the professional companies but also protection for five years on a single visit versus one year with the big name companies. After they treated the entire perimeter you could barely even tell they were there! The work was so clean and precise, they even were able to treat my garden without disturbing the plants. I am so happy with my experience in many ways and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
