  Always has what I need for pets and garden. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable and there's always a great variety of toys for the dogs 😊

  I am still absolutely shocked at the shoddy treatment given me by George Achille, the owner of Achille Agway. I paid for a yard of loam to be loaded into the back of my pickup, and the kid running the front loader struck the top of the front wall of my pickup bed with the bucket when he dumped the load. While he was apologetic, when I went in to speak to a manager, the owner, George Achille, followed me out with another employee to look at the damage, which he described as a scratch. He also suggested that I talk to his employee about it, as if he had no legal responsibility for the accident, which of course is not true in any way. He asked me what I was looking for, some free loam, and I indicated I wanted the damage on my truck repaired. He indicated he wasn't an auto body shop and that I was out of luck. I'm 62 years old and this is the worst example of running a customer-facing business that I have ever encountered. Once I get a repair estimate I will of course file a suit against Mr. Achille and his business. I have been a periodic customer of Achille Agway for decades, and I will never again spend one thin dime at any Achille Agway, certainly not the flagship location in Peterborough, nor any of the other New Hampshire locations (Milford, Keene, Walpole, Hillsborough), nor at their Vermont location in Brattleboro. I highly recommend that in order to avoid the horrible kind of service I received, that everyone find alternatives to doing business with Achille Agway.

  Got a nice Christmas tree for a reasonable price. Adorable friendly kitten running around. Very good customer service.
