  One evening, during the cold weather, had a pipe burst in the house. Called Mr Hyman, the local affiliate for 1-800-Water Damage. He arrived promptly, took ownership of the situation, guided us each step of the way. Worked well with the insurance company. He was knowledgeable and professional. Extremely satisfied! Told us what they were going to do, and then did it. Did an excellent job! Very high quality workmanship, can't even tell that any damage had occurred. Would highly recommend them!

  We had a flood caused by a burst water line to the kitchen refrigerator. The flood damaged two floors of our home; it was discovered about 7pm on a weekday. Mike and his crew came out the same night and stayed until 1:30 am starting the process of drying us out. His team took us through the whole process from drying out, removing dry wall and carpet, referring us to a quality flooring company so that we can pick out replacement flooring, working with our insurance company for documentation, packing up belongings in the affected rooms, painting and reinstall, and touch up. He promised a certain time frame - crucial since we had our daughter's wedding on the schedule in 8 weeks - and stuck to it. All in all very satisfied with the company and the subcontractors associated with the company.

  Michael, Christian, and his other team members came out after Hurricane Ida had passed through Louisiana. He explained thoroughly what the process will be like and that he can take care of it for me. They removed the dry walls from ceilings and other areas. They made sure the humidity level is at the norms after doing the treatment needed. I would recommend their service if you ever need them. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me out.
