  I am a 16 year Realtor and I recently hired this company company to inspect a hot water heater flood at my daughters apartment. I expected it to take some time to get on the schedule, but Brad made it happen the same day I called. He was very thorough in his inspection and methods using state of the art equipment. As a realtor I review these type reports regularly and I impressed with the level of detail with which I was provided. Brad’s professionalism and clear dedication to what he does was evident from first contact through to beyond completion. Would definitely recommend Brad and will be using him moving forward.

  Incredible team! I highly recommend using them for your troubles. Our house in Bryan had flooded due to a broken pipe. To me and my family this was a disaster. Brad, Sue and their team came in did the evaluation and made me feel at peace that this was no problem. They could help and help quickly. Doug & Sue explained exactly what the process would be and then they executed it. I cannot say enough good about them but I have no problems recommending them.

  Brad and his team were fast, professional, and thorough. The team removed all damaged items and cleaned after themselves. They also made my laundry equipment accessible for use throughout the entire process. Brad worked directly with my insurance company and recommended a wonderful repair company to get me back to normal. I highly recommend this business.
